Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to lead our Orlando office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a multifamily property portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of property management, maintenance, and leasing professionals.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and performance benchmarks for managed properties.

• Implement operational optimization strategies and cost reduction measures without compromising service quality.

• Develop relationships with tenants, vendors, and key stakeholders.

• Manage budgets, financial reports, and profitability analysis.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the client portfolio.

• Oversee marketing and occupancy efforts to maximize rental income and property performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in property management, preferably in multifamily or residential real estate.

• Strong leadership skills to manage teams and high-performance operational processes.

• Experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.

• Analytical skills to assess key metrics and make strategic decisions.

• Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations in Florida.

• Excellent customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in property management software 

• Florida Property Manager License (preferred).
