Job Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will assist in lease administration, resident support, and leasing process coordination, ensuring a smooth experience for future tenants.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to inquiries and requests from residents and prospects.
• Schedule and conduct property tours for potential tenants.
• Keep occupancy and availability databases up to date.
• Support marketing strategies and promotional efforts.
• Help collect documentation and conduct background checks.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize occupancy rates.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in leasing, customer service, or property management (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with property management software and digital tools (preferred).
• Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred).
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
